Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in the UK is seeking a D365 Business Central Project Manager / Team Lead. You will lead a team, staying 70% hands-on with delivery, while driving successful BC implementations. The role offers a salary of up to £70,000, fully remote work with occasional travel, and opportunities for career progression. Ideal candidates will have proven leadership experience in a Microsoft Partner environment and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership or team-lead experience within a Microsoft Partner environment.
• Comfortable with hands-on configuration and functional delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and lead cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a D365 BC delivery team across multiple projects.
• Act as the primary PM across full-lifecycle BC implementations.
• Conduct solution design workshops and work hands-on with configuration.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, governance, and risk management.
• Build strong client relationships and manage senior stakeholder expectations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery frameworks.
