Job summary

MCS Group is partnering with a growing technology business to hire an experienced Cyber Security Assurance Consultant. You will work with customers and senior stakeholders to ensure that security across solutions and environments is robust and properly controlled.

You will act as a bridge between customers and internal teams, supporting security reviews, risk assessments and evidence collection of controls to demonstrate security posture. Occasional travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering cyber security assurance engagements.
• Ability to translate security requirements for non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with recognised security frameworks (e.g., NIST).

Responsibilities

• Lead cyber security assurance engagements with clients.
• Support security reviews and risk assessments.
• Provide evidence of controls and security posture to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical teams to address security requirements.
• Contribute to Secure by Design approaches and governance activities.
