fumopay is seeking a Customer Success Executive to onboard, train and support customers in using our payment platform. You will manage customer relationships, identify improvements and provide documentation and guidance for a superb experience.

This remote-friendly role supports the sales team and involves ongoing development and full training to thrive in our growing fintech environment in Milton Keynes.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or onboarding roles.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and working with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Onboard new customers and understand their needs.
• Arrange calls/online meetings to demo the product.
• Provide support documentation and sales collateral.
• Analyse customer data to identify trends and improvements.
• Help design and create supporting documentation and processes.
• Provide exceptional customer support and assist the sales team.
