About the Role

Reporting line: Head of Client Services

Location: UK

Responsibilities
  1. Manage client inquiries via different channels: email, live chat, and phone calls within set SLAs and KPIs
  2. Provide excellent customer support by identifying customers’ needs and solving tasks with an individual approach
  3. Liaise with internal teams to find solutions to more complex inquiries
  4. Navigate inquiries to the relevant departments when necessary
  5. Maintain a sound knowledge of our product and industry
  6. Maintain a positive image of our company
  7. Contribute towards various side projects and tasks such as FAQ upkeep and internal documentation
  8. Regularly communicate feedback and suggestions with your line manager
Requirements:
  1. Financial markets and industry knowledge
  2. Previous experience with tools like Intercom, Zendesk, Atlassian
  3. Previous experience in a brokerage/investment company
  4. Fluency in written and spoken English at a professional level
  5. Strong client-focus service skills
  6. Understanding of basic technical principles
  7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  8. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  9. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  10. Ability to multitask effectively
  11. Comfortable with working shifts
