Our client, a leading and "Great Place to Work UK" accredited property management business, is seeking a dedicated Remote Customer Service Agent to join their fantastic team!

What You'll Do:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Professionally handle and resolve formal complaints via email.
• Collaborate with other departments to investigate and resolve complex issues.
• Provide accurate information and solutions for property-related questions.
• Log all customer interactions accurately in the CRM.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven customer service experience, ideally in a remote setting and with complaint handling.
• A strong customer-focused mindset and a passion for enhancing the customer journey.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (especially for formal correspondence).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
• Proficiency with CRM software and general computer skills.
• The ability to work independently with a dedicated, quiet home work space and reliable internet.
• A positive attitude, patience, and a genuine desire to help.

Bonus Points:

• Experience in property management or real estate relayed sector.
• Familiarity with Dwellant property or management software.
• Experience in complaint resolution or de-escalation.
