Epos Now is seeking a Customer Retention Agent to keep churn low and protect revenue. You will engage with customers at risk of cancelling, negotiate outcomes, and resolve billing or subscription questions from a US-based customer base during UK afternoon hours.

The role focuses on proactive outreach, proactive problem solving, and maintaining strong customer relationships to support ongoing growth and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Retain customers and reduce churn to target 1% of base.
• Contact customers at risk of churn or cancellation within 24 hours.
• Handle inquiries about billing and subscriptions and process cancellations.
• Maintain high outbound activity to build relationships and understand customer needs.
