Job Title: Remote Customer Experience & Operations Assistant (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $1,500 USD/month

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm Eastern Time

Job Overview

As the Customer Experience and Operations Assistant, you will be taking a generalist position focused on supporting their office staff through direct customer interaction, schedule management, and daily logistical assistance. It demands excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate conversations with both clients and staff tactfully, effectively setting expectations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong dedication to service and a proactive approach to resolving issues for both clients and staff, all while safeguarding the company's interests.

Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound calls with professionalism.
  • Handle all scheduling for cleaning services.
  • Maintain strong communication with both new and existing clients regarding their service experience and needs.
  • Utilize business management and scheduling software to efficiently organize tasks, client information, employee data, and operating procedures.
  • Process new bookings and schedule them accurately within our system.
  • Address client complaints or concerns, working towards resolution and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Assist with the hiring and onboarding of new employees.
  • Process schedule change requests, including those that are same-day.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed, such as payroll and invoicing support.
Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies
  • Fluent English skills with minimal accent and a good understanding of American colloquialisms, humor, and culture.
  • Comfortable with computer usage, particularly with CRM software or similar business management tools.
  • An excellent multi-tasker who can manage various responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communicator in all interactions.
  • Interested in working with a fast-growing small business.
