Offered Salary: £30K - 40K

Fully remote.

4 day work week. Yes, you read that correctly. We only work 4 days a week.

Required Skills: Ecommerce Media buying + Creative strategy experience. You must have both. 2 years experience with paid media buying for e-commerce on Meta (bonus points if you also do TikTok or Google), experience with creative strategy.

Experience with paid ads for ecommerce is essential (not pharma, B2B, or plumbers). We specialize in ecommerce.

Note: This position is for highly driven individuals who are productive and enjoy working 'in the zone' for 4 days, then spending time with family, resting, or engaging in creative activities on the 5th day. We believe in work-life balance.

Second Note: This is NOT a social media coordinator position. It involves media buying and creative strategy for paid ads on IG, FB, Google, and TikTok.

What you'll be doing:

Helping ecommerce brands grow through creative strategy and media buying on IG and Facebook ads. Assisting clients in scaling from $10-20K to $40-50K/month, and beyond, by setting up and optimizing ad campaigns.

You should be comfortable with developing creative briefs, understanding customer journey creatives, and producing creatives. Also, providing technical and emotional support during growth phases.

  • Can describe favorite creatives for different verticals;
  • Adapts to change and learns quickly;
  • Has extreme ownership and initiative;
  • High energy and positive attitude;
  • Enjoys winning and helping clients succeed;
  • Excellent communicator and organized;
  • Comfortable with CRM and other management software;
  • Passionate about eCommerce and ads.

  • New to ads (less than 1 year);
  • Someone waiting for instructions rather than taking initiative;
  • Disregard for documentation and processes;
  • Obsessed with small A/B tests;
  • Set in their ways about ad approaches.
