Fully remote.

4 day work week. Yes, you read that correctly. We only work 4 days a week.

Required Skills: Ecommerce Media buying + Creative strategy experience. You must have both. 2 years experience with paid media buying for e-commerce on Meta (bonus points if you also do TikTok or Google), experience with creative strategy.

There must be experience with paid ads for ecommerce (not pharma, not B2B, not plumbers.... ecommerce. Nothing wrong with the other stuff, it's just that we specialize in ecommerce).

Note: This position is not for people that want to be lazy and only work 4 days a week. It's for highly driven people that are productive and want to be "in the zone" for 4 days and then spend time with their family, rest, or do other creative stuff on the 5th day. Yes, we believe in work-life balance. This is it in action.

Second Note: This position is NOT a social media coordinator position. This is to do media buying/creative strategy for paid ads on IG, FB, Google, and TikTok.

What you'll be doing:

You'll be learning and helping ecommerce brands "get to the next level" with creative strategy and media buying on Instagram and Facebook ads. If they are making 10-20K/mo, you'll be helping them get to 40-50K/mo. If they are at 50K/mo, you'll help them get to 100K/mo, etc.

You'll do this by helping them set up creative strategies, testing on Facebook and Instagram ads, and optimizing once they start spending.

You should be comfortable with developing creative briefs, knowing what creatives belong to which part of the customer journey, and actually getting the creatives produced.

You'll also answer both their technical questions and be a bit of a "ad therapist" during their growth journey.

This means explaining the ins and outs of our platform and ads, and helping them through the "emotional" parts that come when brands start to scale with ads. For example, "Why am I spending more money, but my ROI is falling?" (short answer: don’t worry, you are probably making more money overall), or calming them when they think their ads aren’t doing well but they just need to give things more time.

The ideal candidate for this position:

  • You keep up with the latest creative and ad strategies.
  • If asked about your favorite creatives for a particular vertical, you can describe them.
  • You are OK with change and willing to learn and adapt.
  • You have extreme ownership and make things happen.
  • You are a self-starter and love taking initiative.
  • You are a high-energy individual who loves what they do.
  • You love winning and helping clients grow.
  • You are friendly and good at communicating with customers.
  • You are organized and can manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • You are comfortable using CRM and other management software.
  • You love eCommerce and ads.

  • People new to ads (less than 1 year of experience).

  • Someone who doesn’t value documentation and processes.
  • Obsessed with small A/B tests; we focus on big changes.
  • Set in your ways about how to run ads; we have a proven approach that you need to learn first.
