Job summary

BioTalent is supporting a growing CRO in the search for an experienced Clinical Research Associate to join its Clinical Operations team. This role offers a remote-based working arrangement across traditional, hybrid and decentralised trials, with responsibility for site management and delivering high-quality study outcomes.

You will monitor investigator sites, maintain strong site relationships and ensure adherence to ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements, while collaborating with sponsor teams

Qualifications

• 3+ years' independent monitoring experience as a CRA
• Experience with SIVs, Routine Monitoring Visits and Close-Out Visits
• Solid knowledge of ICH-GCP and trial regulations
• Experience multi-site management
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to work remotely and travel as required

Responsibilities

• Conduct Site Selection, Site Initiation, Monitoring and Close-Out Visits
• Perform remote monitoring where required
• Main contact for assigned study sites and build site relationships
• Ensure study compliance with protocols and regulatory requirements
• Review source documents for data quality and integrity
• Identify site issues and implement corrective actions
• Support site training, engagement and study performance
• Monitor patient recruitment and protocol adherence
• Produce monitoring reports and follow-up documentation
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, PM and sponsor teams
• Maintain study documentation in CTMS and eTMF
