Conveyancing Fee Earner – Residential Property – Remote Working(UK)

An established and highly regardedresidential conveyancing team is looking to recruit a skilledand experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to support itscontinued growth. This is a fully home-based role , offeringflexibility, autonomy, and the chance to handle a varied caseload aspart of a supportive and forward-thinking legal team.

This opportunity is ideal for a qualified Solicitor ,Licensed Conveyancer , or experienced Conveyancer whois confident managing their own files and committed to deliveringexcellent client service.

The Role

You will manage a full caseload of residential conveyancingtransactions from initial instruction through to post-completion.Matters will include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages , and transfers of equity . You’llliaise directly with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, andother solicitors to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manageyour own caseload of residential property transactions from start tofinish
• Review contracts, title documents, searches, and otherlegal paperwork
• Prepare and finalise contracts, transferdeeds, and mortgage documentation
• Maintain regular andprofessional communication with clients and third parties
• Oversee the conveyancing process from instruction toexchange, completion, and registration
• Ensure compliance withlegal and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experiencedConveyancer
• Proven track record of managing a busyresidential property caseload independently
• Strongunderstanding of UK property law and the full conveyancingprocess
• Proficient in using Land Registry services and online search platforms
• Accreditation with the LawSociety , Council for Licensed Conveyancers (CLC) orsimilar body (preferred but not essential)
