Confidential is seeking a Fee Earner/Paralegal for flexible, home-based work in Suffolk. The role covers all conveyancing matters from inception through post-completion, including registrations for registered and unregistered land, as well as freehold, leasehold, new build and shared ownership cases.

The position offers a very competitive salary and a bonus scheme, plus private health coverage for Fee Earners. Hybrid working options are available to suit your schedule and client needs.

Qualifications

• Experienced Fee Earner or Assistant in conveyancing.
• Ability to handle all conveyancing matters from inception to post completion.
• Experience with registered and unregistered land, freehold, leasehold, new build and shared ownership.
• Involvement with remortgages, transfers of equity and Help to Buy
• Experience with Land Registry applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage conveyancing matters from inception to post completion.
• Prepare and submit Land Registry applications and related documents.
• Assist fee earners with case progression and client updates.
