Qualifications

• Relevant industry experience in ecological contracting or land management is essential.
• Proven experience in line management and mentoring junior staff.
• Experience in managing budgets and financial control.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Midlands delivery team for Keystone's projects.
• Oversee client liaison, project management, and administration.
• Manage procurement, quoting, and tendering for large scale projects.
