Job summary

Responsibilities

• Responsible for robust day-to-day management of contracted delivery with managers, colleagues and external stakeholders.
• Understand contract deliverables and ensure delivery complies with funding rules and governance.
• Adopt a continuous-improvement approach to ensure contract delivery meets learners' and employers' needs.
• Maintain high accuracy standards to ensure compliance with external audits.
• Produce and manage accurate financial forecasting, budgeting and performance reports for Senior Management and external partners.
• Identify issues impacting contract delivery and drive remedial actions or escalate as needed.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders to support successful contract fulfilment.
• Collaborate with Head of LearningOps and Student Experience Manager to fulfill contract deliverables.
• Support OFSTED preparation and data-driven decision making to grow the company.
• Review contract performance and implement improvements.
• Represent the Company at contract meetings and support business development.
