Job summary

Action for Children is seeking a Content Designer to join its digital team for 6 months, primarily working on Parent Talk, the organisation's digital parenting support service.

This hands-on content design role requires turning evidence and user insight into accessible content and journeys, working with parenting coaches and digital colleagues, reporting to the Senior Content Designer. The contract is homebased in the UK.

• Hands-on content design experience from evidence and user needs.

Responsibilities

• Design accessible content and user journeys for parents, carers and young people.
• Use research, analytics, search insight, user behavior and feedback to inform content decisions.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex information into clear content.
• Manage content through research, design, review, publication and improvement.
• Contribute content design expertise to multidisciplinary delivery with product, development and tech teams.
• Advocate for evidence-led, user-centered and accessible content across the organisation.
