Job summary

Matched is a growing SaaS vendor offering a remote-friendly Compliance Manager role, focusing on GDPR, data protection and information governance. You will lead GDPR and data protection operations, act as DPO, and maintain ISO27001 artefacts, with monthly travel to the Reading Area office.

This hands-on role requires 5+ years in compliance, GDPR ownership in SaaS or regulated environments, and experience with ISMS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in compliance, information governance and data protection.
• GDPR ownership in SaaS or regulated environments.
• ISO27001 audit readiness and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead GDPR and data protection operations, processes and documentation
• Act as DPO
• Maintain and operate ISO27001 artefacts and ISMS
• Oversee internal compliance policies whilst supporting customer and vendor compliance activities
• Ensure compliance is trusted by Sales, Marketing, Technology, and Product
• Manage compliance plans and enable business growth
