Job summary

Matched Group is seeking a Compliance Manager to lead GDPR and data protection operations in a SaaS environment. This remote role includes monthly travel to Reading area offices as required, and you will embed compliance across the business to enable growth.

You will manage ISO27001/ISMS artefacts and act as DPO, driving policy adherence and collaborating with Tech, Sales, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in compliance, information governance and data protection.
• GDPR ownership in SaaS or regulated environments.
• Experience of ISO27001 audit readiness and maintenance.
• Experience working with technology and engineering teams.
• Data Protection Officer (DPO) experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Energetic and pragmatic to enable growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead GDPR and data protection operations, processes and documentation
• Act as DPO
• Maintain and operate ISO27001 and ISMS artefacts
• Oversee internal compliance policies whilst supporting customer and vendor compliance activities
• Ensure compliance is trusted by Sales, Marketing, Technology, and Product
• Manage compliance plans and enable business growth
