Job summary

Midlands Air Ambulance Charity is seeking a Community Engagement Executive to join our dynamic fundraising team. Based home-based across Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and Herefordshire, you will travel regularly to engage local communities, schools, businesses and volunteers.

You will lead community events, deliver presentations, build supporter pipelines and create meaningful experiences for donors and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in community engagement, fundraising, supporter engagement or relationship management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging a wide range of audiences.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, events and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Attend and organise community events and educational outreach activities.
• Deliver presentations and educate diverse audiences across the region.
• Develop supporter pipelines and build lasting connections with donors, volunteers, schools, businesses and community groups.
• Support engagement initiatives at Midlands Air Ambulance Charity sites and HQ.
