Job summary

The Air Ambulance Service in Derbyshire is seeking a Community Fundraising Executive to support the Fundraising Team, driving community awareness and income in the region. The role involves building relationships with local groups, volunteers and supporters to create new fundraising opportunities and meet income targets.

You’ll work with a passionate team, align with the charity’s values, and contribute to a purpose-driven mission that saves lives every day.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable evidence of behaviour in line with the core values of TAAS
• Collaborative approach
• A flexible approach to allow adaptability to the changing needs of the organisation
• Experience as a fundraiser within a charity
• Comfortable approaching new business opportunities
• Highly motivated self-starter
• Strong relationship building and communication skills
• Ability to manage a database effectively
• Good presentation skills
• Ability to meet and exceed income targets

Responsibilities

• Deliver short and mid-term strategic plans for the fundraising function.
• Grow community awareness of the charity and drive fundraising activity across the region to meet income targets.
• Identify and build relationships with community groups, organisations, volunteers and supporters to generate new income streams.
