Eventus Legal are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor for a growing practice with Middlesbrough roots, now offering 100% remote working. This permanent role offers up to £70,000 depending on experience, with significant autonomy and a flexible package tailored to priorities.

The successful candidate will handle a broad property caseload, including leases, sales and acquisitions up to several million pounds, while supporting corporate transactions as required.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor in England and Wales.
• Strong transactional commercial property experience.
• Ability to own files with minimal supervision.
• Experience with freehold and leasehold matters.
• Excellent client communication and practical advisory approach.
• Good organisation and ability to manage deadlines.
• Property finance experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a varied commercial property caseload from instruction to completion.
• Handle sales and acquisitions of commercial property.
• Review and advise on leases and related property documents.
• Support property aspects of wider corporate transactions.
• Provide commercially focused advice to business clients.
• Manage files autonomously and escalate when needed.
