Job summary

Sellick Partnership (Legal) Limited is seeking a locum Commercial Property Solicitor for a fully remote role. The position offers a 6+ month contract with flexible hours (part-time or full-time) and a generous hourly rate of £55-£65 (umbrella).

The successful candidate will advise on commercial property matters, manage complex projects, and liaise with stakeholders to keep projects on track, while working autonomously within a supportive Legal Services team.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with practising certificate.
• Experience handling commercial property transactions and projects.
• Experience in the public sector is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Managing acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, investment work and development projects.
• Managing large-scale infrastructure projects alongside standard property work.
• Drafting and negotiating leases, licences, assignments, variations and other property documents.
• Addressing title issues and property-related risk management.
