Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with experience in commercial property.
• Experience handling acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters.
• Ability to work independently on project-based workload.
• Public sector experience advantageous but not essential.
• Experience liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, investment work and development projects.
• Draft and negotiate leases, licences relating to infrastructure projects.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Manage title issues and property risk.
