The role offers remote or hybrid work and a busy caseload covering landlord and tenant disputes, breach of lease, dilapidations and related property disputes. Around 4+ years' PQE is useful; applications from those with appropriate experience are welcome.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' PQE in property litigation
• Experience handling landlord and tenant disputes
• Experience with breach of lease and rent arrears
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Handle commercial landlord and tenant disputes
• Manage breach of lease, rent arrears and forfeiture
• Handle dilapidations and breach of covenant claims
• Manage business lease renewals
• Deal with easements/rights of way and boundary disputes
• Handle property ownership/TOLATA disputes
• Work on farming and rural property disputes
