The Claims Technician supports Loss Adjusters, triages claims, and coordinates visits while maintaining excellent customer service and adherence to industry standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing claims across multiple clients.
• Excellent communication with policyholders, insurers, contractors and stakeholders.
• Commitment to pursuing professional development and CILA qualification.

Responsibilities

• Triaging new claims and coordinating the initial Loss Adjuster visit.
• Supporting customers, suppliers, insurers and brokers through the life of a claim.
• Delivering high technical quality with strong customer experience and clear communication.
