You will handle a broad portfolio of commercial claims from investigation to settlement, ensuring adherence to policies and data protection standards. Qualifications

• Professional qualifications in loss adjusting or related field or working towards them.
• Proven ability to negotiate, communicate clearly and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in the commercial loss adjusting sector or allied professions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, negotiate and settle commercial claims in a professional manner.
• Liaise with insured, insurers and brokers to reach timely conclusions.
• Conduct on-site investigations and damage surveys for claims.
• Produce reports in line with standards and internal guidelines within agreed timescales.
• Contribute to McLarens’ business development programme.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for new business growth.
• Undertake ad hoc projects as required.
