Job summary

adm Indicia is looking for a Commercial Finance Manager to act as a commercial partner to client services, driving financial performance and efficiency across key accounts. You will lead a remote team, own forecasting and reporting, and collaborate with legal and operations to optimise profitability and risk management.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant preferred but may consider QBE.
• 4+ years' financial, commercial or accounting experience.
• Strong IT skills, including Sage, advanced Excel and data manipulation.
• Experience of POS stock and its impact on financial statements (preferred).
• Honest, accountable and self-driven with time pressure handling.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly financial reporting for client accounts, incl. profitability, KPIs, variances.
• Develop profit improvement plans and drive actions to improve performance.
• Partner with ops on budgeting, forecasting and annual planning; assist with reforecasts.
• Support contract negotiations and amendments through financial analysis.
• Oversee governance of systems and ensure accurate reporting and VAT/compliance.
