Job summary

CyberOne is seeking a Microsoft Practice Associate to join our predominantly remote team. You will shadow the Microsoft Practice Director, attend customer meetings, and contribute to presales engagements while learning to translate business needs into cybersecurity solutions.

You will build expertise across Microsoft Defender XDR, Sentinel, Entra, Purview, Azure, Copilot for Security, and more, with international travel when required and a clear path toward independent contribution.

Responsibilities

• Shadow the Microsoft Practice Director across a broad range of technical, strategic, and customer-facing activities.
• Attend and participate in customer meetings, executive briefings, partner engagements, seminars, webinars, conferences, and industry events.
• Support and progressively contribute to technical presales engagements, customer workshops, and solution discussions.
• Research customers, technologies, industry trends, and emerging market opportunities to support business development activities.
• Assist in understanding customer challenges and translating business requirements into potential technology and cybersecurity solutions.
• Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, Statements of Work (SOWs), and customer-facing documentation.
• Present CyberOne's capabilities, services, and value propositions to customers and prospects as experience develops.
• Develop knowledge and expertise across the Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft Sentinel, Defender XDR, Entra, Purview, Azure, Copilot, 365, and related technologies.
• Participate in service development and innovation initiatives with CyberOne's technical specialists and leadership.
• Travel to customer sites, CyberOne offices, partner facilities, conferences, and industry events when required.
• Demonstrate a security-first mindset in daily activities.
