Premier Research Group is seeking a Clinical Risk Manager I to join our Clinical Management team remotely in the United Kingdom. You will contribute to risk-based monitoring strategies, IQRMP development, and global trial oversight.

The role emphasizes RBQM mastery, QTLs, KRI concepts, and cross-functional collaboration with sponsors and internal teams. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in RBQM/Central Monitoring and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in RBQM, Central Monitoring and Project Management.
• Subject matter expertise on ICH-GCP, ICH E6 (R2 + R3) Guidelines and RACT tools.
• RBQM, KRI, QTLs, QbD, Centralized Monitoring, Budgeting and Contracts.
• Excellent analytical, computational, judgement and decision-making abilities.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional global teams and strong English communication.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsabilités

• Support Clinical Bidder, Proposals and Business Development with the monitoring strategy.
• Prepare the Integrated Quality Risk Management Plan (IQRMP) for assigned studies.
• Serve as SME on Risk Management and RBM for assigned studies.
• Ensure inspection readiness related to Risk Management and RBM strategies.
• Lead Kick Off meetings for new awards and opportunities.
