Our client is a reputable claimant firm with nationwide offices. They are recruiting a Clinical Negligence Lawyer with 0-3 years PQE to join their Stevenage office. This role is primarily remote, with occasional training attendance at the office twice a year.

Your new role

You will handle your own caseload of clinical negligence cases from inception to trial, including litigated and pre-litigated claims of fast and multi-track nature. You will also assist senior team members with more complex, higher-value cases.

What you'll need to succeed

Qualified solicitor/lawyer with 0-3 years PQE. Experience assisting on clinical negligence matters is essential. Handling your own claimant clinical negligence caseload is advantageous.
