Qualifications

• A member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS / FRICS).
• Project experience with a Contractor and/or Consultant.
• Based in London or South East UK.

Responsibilities

• Preparing estimates for various types of property damage.
• Reviewing estimates and advising clients on costs.
• Assessment of contingency and risk allowances within estimates.
• Preparing reports on project progress and expenses.
• Liaison with insurance professionals throughout the project.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
