Online-Therapy.com is recruiting a Therapy Practitioner to deliver CBT-oriented online therapy from a remote location in the United Kingdom. The role supports clients via worksheets, messaging, and live sessions, while the practitioner concentrates on effective feedback and client progress within the platform.

Applicants must have an accredited postgraduate qualification and substantial counselling hours, with professional liability insurance.

Qualifications

• Eligible applicants hold an MA, MS, MSW, PsyD, or PhD in counselling, social work, clinical psychology, or a related mental-health field.
• At least three years or 2,000 hours of counselling experience.
• Full accreditation with BABCP, BACP, BPC, COSCA, IACP, NCPS, PSI, UKCP, or similar body.
• Professional malpractice liability insurance required with coverage comparable to $1,000,000 per claim and $3,000,000 in aggregate.
• Interns and practitioners who require supervision are not eligible.

Responsibilities

• The role uses worksheets, written messaging, and live video, voice, or text-chat sessions to support clients.
• A practitioner provides feedback between contacts and communicates through the platform's secure system.
• The service is built for remote delivery, so client work takes place with no physical site named.
• Maintain confidential records, clear session boundaries, and calm communication as standard practice.
