Lakeside View Nursing Home in the United Kingdom is seeking Healthcare Assistants to join a warm, agency-free team. You will support residents with daily living, meals, and personal care, while upholding dignity and empathy in a 48-bed setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in care home is great but not required; training provided.
• A driving licence is helpful but not required.

Responsabilités

• Assist with personal care while maintaining dignity.
• Help with meals and hydration.
• Keep care plans up to date and accurate.
• Provide companionship and reassurance to residents.
• Observe and report changes in residents' needs.
• Light medication support with training.
• Escort to appointments and activities.
• Follow health and safety and infection control protocols.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team.
