The Business Development Manager will identify and develop new business opportunities across targeted industrial sectors, building a robust pipeline and converting RFQs into profitable orders. You will collaborate with Engineering, Product Development, Marketing and Service teams to translate customer requirements into effective solutions.

• Experience in building and managing a robust sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within targeted industrial sectors.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective customers through market mapping and proactive development activities.
• Generate and convert RFQs into profitable orders by delivering compelling proposals and negotiating agreements.
• Establish relationships with stakeholders across complex customer organisations.
• Represent the business at industry events to enhance brand visibility and uncover opportunities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Development, Marketing and Service teams to translate customer requirements into solutions.
• Gather customer feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of products, services, and market strategy.
