Qualifications

• Preferred membership of a recognised body / Trade qualification or experience within the industry.
• Good understanding of facilities maintenance, contract management.

• Experience within the Building/Facilities/maintenance industry.

Responsibilities

• Providing surveying and property management support to the CEO and Operational staff.
• Responsible for the design and delivery of the capital works programme.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality checks.
