Job Summary:

Flawsome! Drinks is looking for a dynamic, outgoing Brand Ambassador & Content Creator with a passion for sustainability, creativity, and storytelling. This role is perfect for a proactive individual ready to hit the road, engage with our community, and build awareness of our mission to save wonky fruit! This dual role combines on-the-ground brand representation through sampling sessions with engaging content creation. You’ll interact with customers at various locations, share the Flawsome! story, and create inspiring and witty social media content to amplify our presence online.

Location: Various (Frequent travel required), preferable – London

Reports to: CMO

Key Responsibilities:

• Sampling and Brand Representation:
• Travel to retail locations, events, and festivals to perform product sampling sessions.
• Engage directly with customers, sharing the Flawsome! mission and values, and encouraging product trial.
• Set up and maintain sampling displays, ensuring they are always on-brand, vibrant, and inviting.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with the marketing team.
• Content Creation:
• Develop and execute content ideas that capture your sampling journey, customer interactions, and the story of wonky fruit.
• Capture high-quality photos, videos, and live updates to share across Flawsome! social media channels.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand voice and messaging, incorporating trends, creative storytelling, and humor.
• Customer Engagement:
• Act as the “face” of Flawsome! to our customers, retailers, and the public, embodying our values of honesty, optimism, and sustainability.
• Develop positive relationships with store teams and customers, enhancing brand loyalty.
• Be a brand advocate, staying informed on Flawsome! products and industry trends to answer customer questions and offer product knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in brand ambassadorship, customer-facing roles, or social media content creation.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for engaging people.
• Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and basic content creation tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage travel schedules, and handle logistical aspects of setting up sampling sessions.
• Interest in sustainability, food waste reduction, and promoting healthy products.
• Creative eye for detail, with experience capturing and editing photos or videos.
