Job summary

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a BMS Service Engineer to cover Dorset, including Bournemouth and Poole. The role focuses on servicing, fault finding and maintaining BMS systems, with emphasis on Tridium-based platforms.

You’ll travel to customer sites, deliver quality service, and support healthcare environments. The position is remote-based to site-based with a strong service pipeline and permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Experience with Tridium-based BMS is essential.
• Strong electrical background and fault-finding capabilities.
• Experience with building controls or building automation systems.
• Good communication skills with customers and site personnel.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive service work on BMS and building control systems.
• Diagnose and resolve faults across BMS, electrical and related building services.
• Work with Tridium-based BMS systems, including investigation, modification and optimisation.
• Attend customer sites independently and own service visits from diagnosis to completion.
• Complete regular service contracts across NHS and other healthcare environments.
• Identify additional remedial works and provide technical recommendations to customers.
• Carry out remedial BMS and control-system works when required.
• Support the delivery of smaller BMS and building controls projects.
• Complete system checks, testing and commissioning activities.
• Travel regularly to sites throughout Dorset, especially Bournemouth and Poole.
