Clear. is seeking an experienced BMS Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of BMS and controls projects across the Midlands region. This role offers remote working, pension, and a strong bonus potential as part of its package.

You will manage projects from initial design through commissioning and client handover, coordinating planning, resources, and programme management while liaising with clients and engineers to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience managing BMS projects from inception to handover.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC controls and BMS systems.
• Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple BMS projects simultaneously from inception through to completion
• Coordinate project planning, resource allocation, and programme management
• Liaise directly with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal engineering teams
• Monitor project costs, variations, and financial performance
• Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates
• Review technical specifications, drawings, and control strategies
• Identify and mitigate project risks and delivery challenges
• Maintain strong customer relationships to support repeat business opportunities
