You will define data policies, enable secure access, and collaborate across scientific, IT, and compliance teams to support high-quality data pipelines for AI models in life sciences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data governance in biotech or regulated data environments.
• Strong knowledge of data privacy, security, and regulatory expectations for research/clinical data.
• Able to bridge scientific, technical and compliance teams.

Responsibilities

• Govern biotech research and clinical trial data to ensure accuracy, lineage, and auditability for analysis and regulatory submissions.
• Define and enforce data policies covering classification, access, security, and metadata across teams.
• Enable secure, governed access to data for analytics and external collaborations while protecting patient information.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align data standards and workflows.
• Support development of high-quality data pipelines feeding AI models in life sciences.
