We're looking for a Biotech Health Data Governance Lead to ensure that clinical trial and research data is accurate, traceable, compliant, and ready to power the next generation of scientific discovery and AI-driven analytics.

What You'll Do

• Govern biotech research and clinical trial data to ensure accuracy, lineage, and auditability for scientific analysis and regulatory submissions

Who You Are

• Experienced in leading or implementing data governance programs in biotech, life sciences, clinical research, or regulated data environments
• Strong command of data privacy, security, compliance frameworks, and regulatory expectations for research and clinical trial data
• Skilled at bridging scientific, technical, and compliance teams to align on data standards and workflows
• Detail-oriented and methodical — you take data quality seriously and know how to enforce it systematically
• Comfortable working independently and asynchronously in a remote environment
• Self-motivated with a track record of delivering governance outcomes without close supervision

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality programs, or AI evaluation systems
• Familiarity with regulatory submission requirements (FDA, EMA, ICH, or equivalent)
• Background in clinical data management, bioinformatics, or health informatics
• Experience designing metadata frameworks or data lineage documentation
• Exposure to AI or machine learning pipelines in a life sciences context
