Job summary

Mercor is seeking a BI dashboards / performance reporting Evaluator on a remote contract to assess AI-generated artifacts and provide structured feedback. The role requires 5+ years in BI dashboards and native or professional English fluency.

You will collaborate with AI research teams to improve model outputs, review documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks, and deliver feedback asynchronously to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of relevant professional experience in BI dashboards / performance reporting.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides (Google Slides / PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated artifacts against domain-specific quality rubrics.
• Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve AI model outputs.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance the accuracy and rigor of AI-generated work products.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance.
