Job summary

BioPhorum is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to turn data into actionable insights. The role reports to the IT Operations Director and involves building Power BI dashboards, data modelling, and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Finance, Client Services and Operations.

You will work with modern Microsoft technologies, develop robust data models, perform forecasting, and support strategic planning and performance measurement.

Qualifications

• Strong experience developing reports and dashboards in Power BI.
• Excellent SQL skills for querying, transforming and analysing data.
• Experience with DAX, Power Query and data modelling.
• Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes and reporting best practice.
• The ability to communicate complex information clearly and influence decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Building, developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Analysing complex business data to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
• Developing robust data models using SQL, DAX and Power Query.
• Supporting business forecasting, KPI reporting and performance measurement.
• Working with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver practical solutions.
• Improving data quality and helping maintain trusted reporting across the organisation.
• Automating reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
• Presenting data and insights clearly for technical and non-technical audiences.
