Job summary

West Brom is looking for a Business Development Manager to cover the South/South East region with remote UK-wide responsibility. The role pays c. £45,000 a year plus a car allowance, with 35 hours per week and a permanent contract.

You will build strong broker relationships, represent the Society at events, and drive business in your designated territory. You will need solid knowledge of the intermediary mortgage market, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development within the intermediary mortgage market (2+ years).
• Strong knowledge of the UK intermediary mortgage market and regulatory landscape.
• CeMAP preferred or working towards qualification.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with broker networks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage designated broker territory to grow opportunities.
• Provide excellent service to brokers in person, by phone, and by email; attend road shows and events.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and support brokers with solutions.
• Ensure compliance with PRA, FCA and internal governance frameworks.
