About the Company: American Series C HealthTech start up in revenue stage. $200m funding (recent funding Feb 2025). Fully remote within the UK.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Bayesian and probabilistic models for real-world challenges.
  • Develop reusable predictive features and inference tools optimised for performance.
  • Apply techniques like Bayesian neural networks, variation inference, Markov Chain Monte Carlo, Gaussian processes, and diffusion models.
  • Collaborate across teams to integrate models into production systems.
  • Analyse data rigorously to validate models and provide actionable insights.
Requirements
  • Experience with Bayesian inference methods, including MCMC, variational inference, expectation-maximisation, and probabilistic graphical models.
  • Proficient in Python and probabilistic programming frameworks such as PyMC, NumPyro, or TensorFlow Probability.
  • Familiar with classical machine learning and deep learning frameworks, including transformers and diffusion models.
  • Strong skills in feature engineering, model evaluation, calibration, and uncertainty quantification.
