Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a Band 7 Highly Specialist Eating Disorders Dietitian in Gloucester. This full-time locum role runs for 3 months with remote working options and a pay rate of up to £31 per hour.

You will join the All-Age Community Eating Disorders Service, providing expert dietetic input and leadership across a varied caseload. The role offers diverse clinical duties, multidisciplinary collaboration, and opportunities to supervise students and train healthcare professionals while

Competenze

• Requirements include HCPC registration.
• Experience undertaking complex nutritional assessments.
• Experience managing refeeding syndrome risks.
• Experience autonomous working with highly complex caseloads.
• Experience contributing to multidisciplinary risk management planning.
• Strong communication, negotiation and motivational skills.
• Ability to provide specialist dietetic advice and leadership.
• Ability to attend Eastgate House when required.
• Experience working within Community Eating Disorder Services.
• Experience supervising students.
• Experience delivering training to healthcare professionals.
• Experience supporting ARFID, Type 1 Diabetes and Disordered Eating pathways.
• Experience contributing to policy development and service improvement.

Mansioni

• Provide highly specialist input to the All-Age Community Eating Disorders Service.
• Conduct complex dietetic assessments and manage refeeding syndrome risks.
• Develop and review tailored meal plans to aid recovery.
• Deliver interventions addressing dietetic and mental health needs.
• Contribute to risk assessments and risk management planning.
• Offer expert nutrition advice within the Eating Disorders Team.
• Facilitate group programmes on nutrition and recovery.
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Dietetic students.
• Deliver education sessions to the team on dietetics and nutrition.
• Engage in service development, audits and quality improvement.
