Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a Band 6 CAMHS Practitioner for a remote Triaging Team role in Dorset, UK. The position offers full-time ongoing work with a competitive hourly rate and hybrid site visits as needed.

You will conduct initial assessments, triage presentations, and develop intervention plans, delivering care within the CAMHS pathway while collaborating with multidisciplinary colleagues and external agencies.

Qualificações

• Registration with NMC, HCPC or equivalent.
• Recent and significant CAMHS experience.
• Strong mental health assessment and triage skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication with children, families and professionals.
• Understanding of safeguarding and risk assessment.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct brief assessments and triage evaluations for children and young people seeking mental health support.
• Complete initial mental health assessments to identify concerns, risks and support needs.
• Develop targeted treatment recommendations and intervention plans.
• Deliver early interventions within the CAMHS pathway.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and partner agencies for coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records.
• Manage referrals and signposting to services as required.
• Monitor outcomes and adapt recommendations accordingly.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and CAMHS knowledge.
