Job summary

We are seeking a remote AI engineering contractor in the UK to deploy and operationalise GenAI solutions on AWS. You will build reliable SageMaker endpoints with monitoring, create Terraform modules for repeatable infrastructure, and implement CI/CD and MLOps best practices.

You will also craft architecture docs and runbooks, and share knowledge during handover. The role is a 6-month contract, remote (UK-based), offering a daily rate of £550 inside IR35.

Qualifications

• Generative AI/Agentic AI experience (essential).
• Strong AWS experience, ideally Bedrock.
• MLOps and production ML deployments.
• Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Monitoring, alerting and operational support.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and operationalise GenAI solutions in AWS.
• Build highly available SageMaker endpoints with monitoring and alerting.
• Develop Terraform modules for repeatable infrastructure deployments.
• Implement CI/CD and MLOps best practices.
• Produce architecture documentation, configuration guides and operational runbooks.
• Deliver knowledge transfer sessions and support engineering handover.
