Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation or complex systems integration.
• Able to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, reporting).
• Experience building for live environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to provide clear, technical feedback on complex behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Write evaluation rubrics for agent performance and outcomes.
• Debug agent traces and improve tracing for reliability.
• Stress test agents under realistic, live conditions.
