You will work on training AI agents, write eval rubrics, debug traces, and stress-test complex systems from your own setup. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in backend engineering or AI automation, with proven ability to build production-grade software and operate in live environments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, reporting).
• Practical experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Outstanding attention to detail and ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
• Nice to have experience with live tools and multi-stage coordination tasks.
