You will write eval rubrics, debug traces, and stress test agents, collaborating with AI teams to improve multi-turn interactions in live environments. Prior backend/AI experience required.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation.
• Experience building for live environments and multi-turn system interactions.
