Job summary

Outlier is seeking OpenClaw Agent Builders to shape autonomous agents. This freelance, remote role offers pay up to $50 USD per hour with weekly payments.

You’ll write evaluation rubrics, debug traces, and stress test agents while collaborating with AI teams. Flexible hours range from 5–10 hours weekly up to 40 hours.

Ideal candidates have backend engineering or AI automation experience and a track record of building for live environments and multi-turn interactions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of backend, AI automation, or complex system integration experience.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation.
• Experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
• Nice to have multi-stage coordination tasks with live tools and data sharing.
